Bone Health & Strength Program

PhysioMotion’s Bone Health Program has been designed by our Founder Panda Li who specializes in women’s and men’s health targeting issues such as bone health from osteopenia to osteoporosis.

This tailored program uses the most progressive evidence based research to give you a real chance to reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis. On the contrary to popular belief, we want our patients to be doing high intensity resistance impact training (HIRIT) with a focus on safety and lifting techniques to stimulate bone growth.

Your Journey to Stronger Bones

We believe in building strength safely and effectively, which is why all your sessions must be supervised by our expert physiotherapists. Your program will progress through four key phases:

Phase 1: Posture, Form & Technique (Weeks 1 & beyond)
We start with a comprehensive mobility assessment and technique optimization. This foundation ensures you learn the correct ways to move, building confidence and reducing your risk of injury from the very beginning.

Phase 2: Build Foundational Strength (Weeks 3-6)
Next, we focus on maintaining optimal posture and form whilst building up to loading maximum resistance.

Phase 3: Integrate Speed, Power & Impact (Weeks 4-12+)
As we continue to build up to maximum resistance, we will add speed and impact to your movements.

Phase 4: Maximize Resilience (Weeks 12+)
Designed to ensure power and plyometric based exercises whilst still maintaining load. This phase can also be tailored to be sport specific.

Your Program Includes:

  • Initial physiotherapy consultation to understand your goals, medical history and perform a whole-body movement assessment.

  • A personalized exercise plan through each phase of the program to ensure you attain the key elements of high resistance, intensity and impact loading in your program.

  • Physiotherapist supervised sessions to ensure optimal technique and safe progressions.

  • One complimentary Physiotherapy / massage session during your program to address any musculoskeletal issues that may impede your progress. Alternatively, you can use it to aid with recovery and muscle tension.

This whole-body integrated approach ensures you stay on track and feel your best.
